Question 1

What kinds of work can MossCircuit help with?

Accepted Answer

MossCircuit helps explore repetitive work in areas such as customer support, marketing operations, data handling, and inventory or day-to-day operations. The starting point is the work as it happens today: repeated questions, manual handoffs, re-keying information, or routine tasks that need the same next step.

Question 2

How do we identify a good workflow to explore?

Accepted Answer

Look for a task that happens repeatedly, takes noticeable effort, involves predictable information or handoffs, and has a clear outcome. An inquiry can describe the current process, where it slows down, and what your team would like to happen next; that gives MossCircuit a practical starting point.

Question 3

Will the workflow use AI, low-code tools, or both?

Accepted Answer

That depends on the task and the tools already in use. MossCircuit considers the workflow first, then designs a tailored mix of AI and low-code automation where it fits the agreed outcome. The approach is shaped around your existing operations rather than a fixed package.

Question 4

How do you approach design and integration?

Accepted Answer

The work starts by understanding the current process, its tools, and the people involved. MossCircuit then maps a practical workflow, agrees what better means, and designs and integrates the appropriate solution around the tools your team already uses. The exact design depends on the workflow you bring.

Question 5

What implementation guidance do you provide?

Accepted Answer

Implementation guidance covers the agreed workflow, how it fits into day-to-day operations, and the handover needed for your team to use and maintain it. The plan is based on the workflow inquiry and the outcome agreed during discovery.

Question 6

Will our team receive training?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Team training is part of the stated offer: MossCircuit explains how the workflow works, provides a clear handover, and trains the people who will use it. The level of guidance can be shaped around the workflow and the team involved.

Question 7

How do we start a workflow inquiry?

Accepted Answer

Use the workflow inquiry form to share what your team does today, the repetitive task or handoff you want to examine, and the outcome you have in mind. No sign-in is needed to submit an inquiry.
